Dear Dental One personnel,
The year is just about coming to a close only two months and a new year 2012. I would like to thank each an everyone for their hard work and dedication to Dental One.
As you all know that in between our Private office’s we have Corporation’s “Gentle Dental’s” that we work in order to keep income coming in , otherwise there will be days of not working. We have been informed that we must comply with Corporation Gentle Dental that we presently do business with to require each of you to become self employed as a LLC or a corporation. By doing this we will mail your check and not the Corporation. In the past some of you have had problems with being paid on a timely basis. This eliminates that problem since we will be sending your checks every week not them. I know this will make you very pleased with this new process
This LLC will require that you pay $ 160.00 by January 1, 2012 to the State of Florida http://form.sunbiz.org/cor_llc.html ( if you start saving $20 per week you can have it together by then) we will be glad to assist you in this process. The advantage of being self employed, you are able to deduct all and any expenses concerning you going to that place of business i.e. gas, mileage, car repairs, uniforms, scrubs, shoes, tolls, cell phone bills, computer anything that pertains to expenses that day. Of course you must keep tract of those expenses for filing income taxes. This eliminates that problem since we will be sending your checks every week not them. I know this will make you very pleased with this new process.

I will also need at the end of your day a text or email of your hours worked so that paychecks can be made out accurately.
