There is NO FEE for you, the application, or whether your placement is temporary or permanent. You are paid directly by the office you work at. You will become their employee for the time you work.
How many days you work is completely up to you. You tell us what you are looking for and we will find the position that suits your needs. This means flexibility in your job environment: whether that means for specific offices, types of facilities (group practices, hospitals, individual practitioners, schools, health centers), certain geographic areas, accessibility, parking availability, specific specialties, etc. Just let us know your experience and preferences.
Flexibility In Scheduling
You can chose which hours, days and even which weeks or months you will be available. Once you have accepted a specific assignment with a particular facility, that is when we confirm with the doctor. Therefore, once you have committed to us regarding an office for a particular day and time, that is a commitment to Dental One, Inc. We always try to honor a request to replace you, but if you can pick the times of day you are available to work. Be prepared to start your first patient at the scheduled time. Plan on staying until the end time you are committed to, understanding that sometimes you will be out a little earlier or later, depending on the schedule of the office for the day. We appreciate your flexibility when there are changes in the office schedule.
