My Biography Christine M. Cera

I was born in Akron, Ohio and while attending Akron University I desired to pursue a career in the dental field. Through a series of events, following the years in this line of work and then acquiring the skills and experience, my life made a detour which enabled me to have a more clear and objective of my work and future pursuits. I had an opportunity to be part of a “crew” on board a yacht in the Caribbean. This rest and change of pace benefited and clarified my future plans. In pursuit of my desires to begin my own business, I began a new direction in restaurant management with a major upscale restaurant chain. Upon completion of extensive training in California, I was then transferred to Dallas, Texas for two year’s hand on management experience with that firm. During this hiatus away from the dental field the time arrived for me to advance upon my dream. Finally realized what I enjoyed the most, working with people in line of work that satisfied the need to assist people with work in the health care discipline. Both at the beginning of this adventure, into my own business until now, I continue to hear stories of frustration with employees and employers in the dental industry and am determined to find a ground upon which this frustration could be minimized, namely matching “good people with good people”. Having settled in the South Florida region and set out to establish this dream. Now, for over 20 years, the relationship within the dental community has been assisting both doctors and staff. My vast experience and personality matches personnel every day. This skill of placing good matches is a key component to assist with the best care of patience and the dentist’s. Having adopted the axiom ”Dependability is the greatest ability”. Now, you apply this with integrity and you have a winning combination of quality personnel with quality dental health.
